Charisma Carpenter

Charisma Carpenter, born on July 23rd 1970, is an American actor. She played Cordelia Chase in the supernatural drama series Buffy the Vampire Slayer (1997-1999) and its spin-off series Angel (1999-2004). She was also in Charmed (2004) and Kendall Casablanca's character in Veronica Mars (2006). Rebecca Sewell was in The Lying Game (2012)-2013. Lacy was in The Expendables film franchise (2010)-2012. She was a cheerleader for the San Diego Chargers football club in the year 1991. In 1992, she relocated to Los Angeles.While swimming in San Diego in 1991, she and two male buddies were assaulted by Henry Hubbard Jr., a former San Diego police officer and serial rapist, who attempted to subdue them using a gun. Both her friends and Hubbard were shot in the fight. Hubbard fled the scene while both of her friends were able to escape. Hubbard was taken into custody, convicted, sentenced to 56-years in prison for a number of assaults. Carpenter had brought Hubbard his flashlight from the police station on the beach. Hubbard had left it at the beach. The flashlight turned out to be an important evidence piece against Hubbard.
